How to Measure Your Wrist

1. Wrap a flexible measuring tape, string, or strip of paper below your wrist bone.
2. Mark the length and measure it with a ruler if using string/paper.
3. To choose your bracelet size:

• • Add ½"–¾" for a comfort fit
  • Add ¼" for a snug fit
  • For this cuff, adding ¼"–⅜" is recommended
