Return Policy

At Sash Jewelry, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of non-custom items for store credit within 3 days of delivery (as confirmed by the courier).

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Only non-custom items are eligible for return.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original packaging (including boxes, pouches, and any gifts with purchase).

  • Personalized, name, initial, and custom orders are final sale, including items featuring a single initial.

  • International orders are final sale.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items that are damaged (tangled, scratched, etc.) or not properly packaged may be refused or subject to a service fee.

How to Make a Return

  1. Submit a return request by emailing sashjewelry@gmail.com. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

  2. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  3. Allow 5–10 business days for your return to be processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.

Note: Sash Jewelry is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit if shipped independently.


Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed into production automatically. We are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been placed.


Repair Policy

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your piece requires repair within 30 days of purchase, we’ll repair it free of charge.

Repair Requests

  • Email sashjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item.

  • For items beyond 30 days, repair fees may apply (including shipping or material costs). Any additional charges will be discussed with you before the repair begins.

  • Repairs typically take 5–10 business days, depending on the nature of the repair. During busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note: The warranty becomes void if the jewelry has been lost, altered, or repaired by someone other than Sash Jewelry.
